that thing i've been dreading

i have never liked potty training any of the boys. i hate finding a bathroom while we're running errands or on car trips. our kids are exceptionally interested in public restrooms and as a result we have visited every public restroom in the tri-state area. eating out (which is extremely rare for us) is a joke. they have to go as soon as the food gets to the table.

i think it's about time to start potty training with elias. he's been waking up in the morning with a dry diaper.

the only hiccough is that he hates the toilet. hmmmm...should be interesting.

i found a cute little non-scary potty from ikea. the only hiccough there is that we don't have an ikea in st. louis.
