I thought it was a food...

So, Sam stuck a lego up his nose tonight. It was quite an adventure. He ended up swallowing the lego (which he subsequently was VERY distraught over). He finally calmed down, but then kept thinking about the lego and would get all upset again. When we asked Sam why he swallowed the lego, he told us that he thought it was a food. (Because that's how we usually eat? By putting food up our nose?)

Jim and I explained how the lego would have to exit Sam's body and that we couldn't keep it after it how it came out. Sam is extremely upset over the little lego and I feel for him. I don't think he will ever put anything up his nose again. I hope...
